Early Life and Identity
Sarim Noor, known for his proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail, was born as Muhammad Noor Islam on December 2, 1992, in the bustling city of Karachi, Pakistan. Sarim proudly identifies with his Pakistani nationality and Muslim faith, adhering to the Sunni Hanafi sect. As a Sagittarius, he likely embodies traits of being adventurous, optimistic, and intellectually curious, which further enhance his proactive nature and attention to detail.
Academic Excellence and Professional Growth
Since childhood, Sarim has demonstrated a sharp intellect and an insatiable thirst for knowledge, which led to consistent academic excellence. He completed his Matriculation at Fahama Public School, followed by his Intermediate in Commerce from the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi. He later earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Karachi and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the same institution.
Throughout his academic journey and beyond, Sarim has received numerous awards that highlight his academic prowess and leadership abilities. He was recognized as the Best Student of the Year in 2008 and excelled in both curricular and extracurricular activities, earning multiple accolades for his outstanding achievements. Beyond his dedication to research and study, Sarim organized numerous educational and professional workshops, particularly those introducing students to the importance of multimedia education, and demonstrated exceptional skills in management and media.
In addition to his academic endeavors, Sarim pursued professional education in various fields, including Financial and Cost Accounting, video editing, graphic design, scriptwriting, and Microsoft Office proficiency. These qualifications have prepared him for a successful career in the media and finance sectors. Furthermore, he engaged in internships during and after his education to gain valuable professional experience and broaden his skill set.
Professional Journey and Leadership!
Sarim's professional journey began as a computer teacher, with early work during school holidays and various small jobs. He pursued additional internships, including one where he managed administrative tasks related to the Academy's management operations, and another as an Assistant Editor. Following these experiences, he opened his own shop, New Era Communication, before taking on work as a stitching machine operator.
Sarim later advanced to the role of Assistant Accountant at Amir Brothers, where he developed his financial and accounting skills over seven years. Subsequently, he transitioned to roles such as Post-Production Manager at Minhaj TV and Accounts Officer at the Ayesha Chundrigar Foundation, gaining valuable experience across diverse environments to further enhance his skills and knowledge.
In July 2024, Sarim's dedication and expertise earned him a promotion to Director of Operations at the Ayesha Chundrigar Foundation, where he now oversees key organizational functions. Additionally, he has served in a leadership role as a volunteer at Minhaj ul Quran, exemplifying his commitment to community service.
Sarim's core competencies include strong discipline, efficiency in multitasking, team leadership, and effective leadership skills.

Sarim’s dedication to professional development is evident in his pursuit of different professional educational certifications including a degree of Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants (ICMAP), and a QuickBooks Learning Certificate from the Professional Freelancing Training Institute, and Professional Media Foundation Course Certificate from Medians and Mediators Academy, and Ms. Office Learning Certificate from Al-Yaqoob Computer Center, and many other professional course certification.
